Our 5-axis cutting waterjet gives us the flexibility to cut angles up to 60 from vertical. This is especially helpful when the material is extremely hard or the bulk of material is removed for another process, such as building turbine components. Other common multi-axis cutting includes countersinks, bevels and weld preparation. WCSI’s other Waterjets have tapper compensation heads and drill capabilities.

WCSI has a valued team of vendors that will form and plate parts so you get a finished part.
CAD/CAM
WCSI can accept a wide range of CAD files including .dxf, .dwg, .iges, .step and .NC. We can also take faxes or emails and create the needed CAD files. Even without drawings we have the ability to take a simple part or concept and turn it into precision waterjet part.
